How does your booking process work?​

​ - After initial contact we will go over the basics and from there we can schedule a phone consultation to discuss things in more detail, get to know each other better, and to make sure we are a good fit. If you prefer communication through email, that works for me too. Then, I'll send you a contract to look over and review. Finally, a 10% deposit is made to secure the date. The remaining balance can be made anytime up to the day of the wedding and can be paid through Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or cash is preferred. ​

What resolution will my video be exported as? 
- All final edits will be exported in 4k resolution.

 

Do you have insurance?

- Yes, I have liability insurance with $2,000,000 in coverage.

Will I be able to choose the song for my video? 
- I subscribe to a site where I download royalty-free music to avoid any copyright issues. However, you may suggest songs for your teaser trailer.

 

When can we expect our videos?

- Your teaser trailer will be ready in 1-2 weeks and you can expect your final edit in around 6-8 weeks.

How will we receive our final edit? 
- Edits will be delivered via online download (no compromise in quality). There you can save it and share it.

Do you travel? What are your expenses?

Yes! I love to travel and usually do a few inter-island weddings each year. ​

Travel fees include basic expenses such as flight, rental car, and accommodation (if needed). Don't worry, I always find very reasonable rates!

Do we receive any RAW footage? - The only RAW footage I share is the ceremony (included in all packages). RAW reception speeches and any special moments such as hula, music performance, etc can be purchased as an add on. The "RAW" footage I send out is not 100% RAW. Due to the format I shoot in (log profile), I do some light editing and color grading.
