How does your booking process work? - After initial contact through either website or dm, we will go over the basics and from there we can schedule a phone consultation just to get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit. If you prefer communication through email, that works for me too. Then, I'll send you a contact to look over and review. Finally, a 10% deposit is made to secure the date. Final payment is due on the day of the wedding and can be made through Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or cash is preferred. 

What resolution will my video be exported as? 
- All final edits will be exported in 4k resolution.

Do we receive any RAW footage? 
-The only RAW footage available for purchase is the ceremony (uncut from beginning to end), speeches during the reception, and any special performances such as a hula dance, etc.

Will I be able to choose the song for my video? 
- I select "royalty-free" music to avoid any copyright issues. However, you may suggest songs for the Instagram teaser.

Do you offer drone services? 
- I do, but keep in mind there are several locations on island where drones are prohibited. I always check with the venue/location before confirming drone footage. If weather is too severe, a refund will be provided.

How will we receive our final edit? 
- Edits will be delivered via online download. There you can save it and share it.
